QUESTIONS ABOUT LEXUS SPECIAL SERVICE CAMPAIGNS

  • I have not received any special service campaign for my Lexus. Is it possible that my Lexus vehicle may still be involved in a recall?

    Yes, it is possible. If you have recently changed your address or bought the vehicle from another owner, you may not have received a letter. 

  • I believe my Lexus may be involved in a special service campaign. What do I need to do or bring to the service centre?

    If you are the original owner, please bring the warranty and service booklet.

     

    If you have bought the vehicle second-hand, please bring the following:

    - The updated vehicle registration card

    - Your I/C

    - The warranty and service booklet 

  • Will there be any charges incurred to send my vehicle for special servicing?

    No, there will not be any charges.

  • I’m unable to make it for the service date. Can I reschedule my appointment?

    Yes, please contact the Lexus centre you have made the appointment with to reschedule.

  • How can I check if my Lexus is involved in a special service campaign?
